Our Program
A pilot initiative built around workplace coaching and supported internships for neurodivergent youth ages 18–25.
What we do
This pilot program will provide neurodivergent youth (ages 18–25) with targeted coaching tailored to workplace environments. By partnering with inclusive employers for supported internships, the initiative aims to build professional confidence and establish a scalable model for long-term career success.
Who we serve
Our people are the participants (autistic youth), their parents, our decision-making board, supportive coaches, and inclusive employers. Each group plays a vital role in creating a successful transition from school to career.
Participants
Autistic youth ages 18–25 ready to build workplace skills, confidence, and independence.
Families
Parents and caregivers seeking trusted, structured support during the transition to adulthood.
Coaches & board
A community of supportive coaches and decision-makers guiding the program with care and expertise.
Inclusive employers
Companies committed to neuro-inclusive hiring and creating welcoming workplace environments.
The impact
This program directly benefits the youth by increasing self-esteem, financial independence, and mastery of soft skills — including computer skills, resume building, and confidence building.
- For youth: Increased self-esteem, financial independence, and stronger soft, computer, and resume skills.
- For employers: Access to a neuro-inclusive talent pool known for high attention to detail.
- For the community: A reduction in long-term reliance on social services and a stronger, more inclusive workforce.
